Order/ Scheduling Terms and Conditions
1. I will follow all rules of conduct related to the use of the Bring ‘Em Home Dinners facilities during my assembly session.
2. I will not attend my Bring ‘Em Home Dinners session if I have, or have been exposed to, any communicable diseases, including cold, flu, etc.
3. I will promptly freeze my Bring ‘Em Home Dinners meals following the conclusion of my assembly session, unless I cook them within a day or 2.
4. I will follow the cooking instructions specified on each meal.
5. I will keep all dinners below 40º F while in storage and I will heat all dinners to an internal temperature above 165º F when ready to eat.
6. I assume full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all my Bring ‘Em Home Dinners meals.
7. I agree to release Bring ‘Em Home Dinners from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of Bring ‘Em Home Dinners meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Bring ‘Em Home Dinners.
8. I will have FUN!
Terms of Ordering
Notes on Session:
Our minimum order is 3 entrees for 1 attending guest.
Bring a cooler or other container to transport food home.
Complimentary coffee, tea, water and cooler ice are provided.
Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that certain situations may arise which would require you to cancel or reschedule your session. Because we place your food order prior to your session, we ask for 5-day notice of your need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation or rescheduling within 72 hours of your session date will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will be happy to apply a credit towards a future session if you reschedule within two weeks. This policy allows Bring ‘Em Home Dinners to continue to offer you healthy, nutritious dinners at a reasonable price. Thank you for letting us serve you.
